  1. 大二以上大學生及研究生。Limited to sophomore students or above.
  2. 申請者須具備托福IBT 79分 / 雅思6.5 (含)以上之英文檢定證明。
  3. Applicants should have English certificate: TOEFL score of IBT 79 / IELTS 6.5 or above.
