1.Support the joint development engineer with FJ tasks.

2.Create and maintain development budgets for development projects.

3.Conduct cable development projects including status reporting to management.

4.Support the development lead with works for international working groups.

5.Be informed about latest developments in the cable industry.

6.Cooperate with material experts from QA/QC department to identify demand for qualification of new XLPE materials.

7.Support the production team with cable repairs and root cause analysis.

8.Coordinate required testing with R&D Test Laboratory Manager.

1.Documentation Process

-Upon project creation, to secure that a project mailbox is created, applicable document management system is set up and inform the project members about applicable routines/procedures.

-Ensuring consistent routines and processes are in place for creating documents as per contract, standards and norms regulations.

-Monitoring and managing the document- and communication flow (review, approval, filing and transmittal) according to Document Lists and report status to Project/ Tender Manager.

1. Tender/ Contract Management
Support the tender process from end to end, ensuring timely submission of high-quality, client-centric proposals, including:
•Prepare material for client engagements
•Schedule, coordinate and attend meetings with potential clients
•Respond to Invitation to Tenders from clients
•Drive the clarification list in every tender iteration/submission rounds
•Organize and coordinate the internal project team to develop and prepare a holistic technical and commercial solution customized to the client’s needs
•Ensure a robust and reliable cost build up and pricing methodology
•Review and negotiate the contractual terms and conditions
•Prepare the full tender submission including all required documentation

2. Project Management: Organize and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Cable Design/Engineering, Production, Finance and Legal to develop the most optimal technical and commercial solution for the client .
Timely reporting to Sr. management and support the internal approval process for contract approval
3.Relationship Management: Create and maintain relationships with Clients and serve as the singular point of contact for all matters and resolve any issues to ensure high client satisfaction.
4.Market Intelligence: Understand the offshore wind industry market players, monitor developers, competitors, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders, and analyze the impact of energy policies and regulations
5.Internal Tools Development: Support the development of our internal processes, tools, templates and standards to boost efficiency and incorporate industry best practices.

Master’s degree or above.
