Open Positions (New Grads)

Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership (Pathway to Management)

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in decision-making operations and strategy in preparation for a managerial role within the company
• Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives, acting as a central point of coordination between departments and stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and translations in English, Mandarin, Indonesian, and/or Malay.
• Oversee key projects, manage timelines, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Facilitate communication with internal teams and external partners across Taiwan, Japan, and Europe.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing critical insights and developing strong problem solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin, and fluent in Indonesian or Malay.
• Strong leadership potential, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Relevant internship or prior experience in project management, administration, or coordination is a plus.

Manufacturing Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the analysis and optimization of manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and drive improvements.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, such as work instructions and operational standards.
• Contribute to the introduction of new technologies and methods in production.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Material Science, or Chemical Engineering (or related field).
• Relevant internship experience in manufacturing or process optimization is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Mandarin and fluent in Indonesian or Malay.

Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of quality control systems to meet international standards.
• Assist in monitoring production quality metrics and identifying trends or areas for improvement.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and evaluations to ensure product consistency and reliability.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and R&D teams to address quality challenges and implement solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant internship experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, or a similar area is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Mandarin and fluent in Indonesian or Malay.

Backend Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions to improve manufacturing and operational processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify software needs and implement solutions that enhance efficiency.
• Assist in integrating data collection and analysis tools into manufacturing systems.
• Debug and optimize existing software systems for performance improvements.
• Develop automation tools to expedite daily tasks within the factory and the office

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience or internships involving software development, system integration, or data analysis tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English and fluent in Indonesian or Malay.
