The following are the positions at the GLB Indonesia plant (approximately one month of training in Taipei).

(1) Production Technology Engineer

Job duties

1. Ensure quality throughout the production process

2. Ensure reagents quality and made up

3. Monitor processes and analyze data to identify areas for improvement

4. Maintain SOPs

5. Execution process validation,

6. Yield improvement

7.  Adjust the product calibration curve

Education and skills requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in chemical fields

2. Familiar Excel skill and Basic statistics

3. Laboratory experience is preferred (for made up reagents)

(2) Supply chain management

Job duties

1. Sales order fulfillment

     arrange production schedule to fulfill sales’ order.

2. Capacity planning and production scheduling:   

     arrange production schedule in a limited capacity constraint.

3. Inventory management

    Issue purchasing request to purchasing department to buy the raw material which will

    be used in the production and keep the inventory amount as low as possible.

4. Warehouse management

    arrange the raw material on the shelves and issue raw materials / finished goods to

    production order / shipping notice.

5. Procurement and vendor management

Issue purchasing order to vendor to buy the material which will be used in the 

production and keep the material can be delivered on time. coordinate venders tomeet purchasing strategy (L/T, unit price, MOQ,…)

Education and skills requirement

1. BS/MS in industrial management or MBA

2. familiar with Excel and PowerPoint
