The NTUST Computer Center, located on the 5^th floor of the Research Building, provides IT services for staff and students, campus email accounts, licensed software, and on-campus wired and wireless networks, including WiFi-services in the dormitories.

Well-equipped computer classrooms with around 180 terminals can be booked for teaching and training sessions and for free use.

Foreign residents holding Alien Resident Certificates (ARCs) can apply for contracts with a telecommunication company in Taiwan. Most companies require minimum two-year contracts, however.
