Every semester, the International Office holds an exchange student application briefing to provide application instructions. Students can also refer to past video recordings to understand the general application process.

During the exchange student application system open period each semester, applicants must fill out information online and upload application documents. After the application deadline, the International Office conducts eligibility checks (to confirm that all fields and documents are complete), departmental preliminary reviews, scholarship qualification re-reviews at selection meetings, and allocation of preferences. Once it's confirmed that students meet the criteria for exchange students at our university, they are then nominated to sister schools.

Exchange student application periods are as follows: during the summer vacation each year for exchanges in the following spring semester, and during the winter vacation each year for exchanges in the following autumn semester. Students interested in applying should obtain foreign language scores and prepare early.

Important dates for the Spring 2025 Semester (Semester 113-2 in Taiwan) Overseas Exchange Student Program are as follows:

Online application period: From July 13th, 2024 (Saturday) at 10:00 AM to July 21st, 2024 (Sunday) at 11:59 PM.

Announcement of destination schools: August 21st, 2024 (Wednesday) at 10:00 AM (posted on the International Office's latest news).

Confirmation of acceptance reply period: From August 21st, 2024 (Wednesday) at 10:00 AM to August 22nd, 2024 (Thursday) at 11:59 PM.

Announcement of remaining quota: August 23rd, 2024 (Friday) at 10:00 AM (please check the system yourself).

Supplementary application period: From August 23rd, 2024 (Friday) at 10:00 AM to August 25th, 2024 (Sunday) at 11:59 PM.

Announcement of supplementary results: August 27th, 2024 (Tuesday) at 10:00 AM (posted on the International Office's latest news).

Confirmation of supplementary application period: From August 27th, 2024 (Tuesday) at 10:00 AM to August 27th, 2024 (Tuesday) at 11:59 PM.

Personal information filled out and uploaded after the start date of online application will be considered.

Before filling out this application system, please thoroughly read the selection regulations for exchange student programs. After completing the form, please double-check all information for accuracy and make sure to submit it. No hard copies of documents need to be submitted to the International Office. If the system prompts you to submit hard copies, please disregard it.

Graduate students must obtain approval from their supervising professors for overseas exchange to avoid departmental disapproval.
